Payments & enquiries

Collectors reserve an artwork on its listing and confirm payment on Stripe. The charge is created directly on the seller’s connected account. intendle charges 0% commission and no per-sale platform fee; the seller pays Stripe’s processing fees and fulfills delivery.

For marketplace direct charges, Stripe receives the buyer payment on your connected account, deducts its processing fees there and pays out to you under your Stripe payout schedule. intendle does not hold or manually pay out those sale proceeds and charges 0% commission and no per-sale platform fee.

A campaign shows your post, video, article, book, artwork or your profile to more people, or advertises your Professional Page or your shop. Campaigns are available to accounts with a Professional Page.

Price

• You choose the amount in whole dollars, from $1 to $999,999.
• Below $500, each person costs $0.06. From $500, each person costs $0.05 for the whole amount.
• $1 reaches 16 people, $500 reaches 10,000 people.

Review

You pay with Stripe Checkout and receive a receipt by email. The intendle team then reviews your campaign. Once it is approved, it starts right away. If it is not approved, you get the full amount back and an email with the reason. While your campaign is in review, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Runtime

A campaign runs until everyone is reached, for 30 days at the most. Pausing does not extend the runtime. If you change the promoted item after approval, the campaign goes back to review and is not shown until it is approved again.

Refunds

If not everyone is reached by the end, or you stop the campaign, the share of the amount for the people who were not reached is refunded automatically, to the cent.
