intendle is an international online platform for editorial art content, profiles, posts, Discover, an Art Marketplace, Books, verification, checkout, and related services.

intendle is operated as a sole proprietorship. It is not represented in these documents as a corporation or limited-liability company.

Use general support for Account access, technical issues, orders, shipping messages, downloads, Seller workspace, and ordinary platform questions. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.

Use this contact for legal notices, privacy requests and appeals, policy questions, rights complaints other than a properly submitted DMCA notice, and formal correspondence.

Email delivery does not waive any requirement for formal service of legal process. intendle does not agree that an ordinary email alone constitutes valid service unless intendle expressly confirms acceptance in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.

Privacy requests may be submitted to legal@intendle.com or by mail. A request should state the right being exercised, identify the relevant Account or email, and provide information reasonably necessary to verify the request.

Do not send a full password, full card number, or unnecessary identity document. intendle may use a secure verification method before disclosing or deleting personal information.

8. Security Reports

Report a suspected Account takeover or security issue to support@intendle.com. The subject line should identify the issue as a security report. Do not publicly disclose active credentials, private user data, or exploit details that create an immediate risk.

Security reports go to security@intendle.com. Please describe the issue and how to reproduce it, and allow us reasonable time to respond before disclosing it publicly.

9. Accessibility Assistance

Accessibility barriers and assistance requests may be sent to support@intendle.com and should identify the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology where possible. The Accessibility Statement provides additional information.

10. Reports About Content, Users, or Listings

Use the report function associated with the relevant content, profile, message, or listing. Copyright notices must use the Copyright and DMCA Policy. An urgent threat may require contact with local emergency services; intendle is not an emergency service.

11. Seller and Buyer Transaction Contact

A Buyer or Seller should first use the order-message function so that the transaction record remains available. General support can assist with platform access and escalation but does not replace the Seller's obligations or mandatory Buyer rights.

12. Payments

Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe. intendle does not store full payment-card numbers. Payment or payout eligibility, identity verification, reserves, and timing may also be governed by Stripe's applicable terms.

13. Server and Service Providers

intendle's server is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, through DigitalOcean. Google Workspace is used for email, and Stripe is used for payments and payouts. The Privacy Policy explains data processing and international transfers.

14. Business, Tax, and Registration Details

15. Languages

The legally controlling public documents are drafted in English unless a specific translated version states that it is controlling. A translation may be supplied for convenience. Mandatory language requirements in a supported jurisdiction remain unaffected.

17. Response Times

Unless a specific policy creates a binding deadline, such as the deadline of a paid faster verification review, an estimated support or review time is an operational target and not a guarantee. Mandatory statutory deadlines remain applicable.

intendle will update this Notice when the operator details, registration, contacts, providers, representatives, or legal-document structure changes. The current version and Last Updated date appear at the beginning.
