Marketplace Seller Agreement
1. Who can sell
Selling is open to intendle members whose account has passed verification. You must hold an active verified status to open a storefront and to keep listings public.
2. Your plan and fees
There are two marketplace plans. All amounts are in US dollars and include applicable taxes.
- Business, $60 a month or $600 a year, up to 150 artworks.
- Business Plus, $99 a month or $999 a year, unlimited artworks.
A flat monthly or yearly subscription for your storefront and listings. intendle never charges a commission or per-sale platform fee, permanently. The Seller receives the full sale price, less payment-processing fees that Stripe deducts directly from the Seller's connected Stripe account. Buyer payments are presented in USD. Where Stripe converts USD proceeds into another settlement or payout currency, Stripe may deduct applicable cross-border, currency-conversion or payout fees directly from the Seller's connected Stripe account under the Seller's Stripe agreement. Shops that enter the founder code receive free months while founder places are open: the first 30 shops 12 months, shops 31 to 50 6 months, on a monthly or a yearly plan; after that the normal price applies. There is no upfront/contingent split.
Start guarantee: if a shop without a founding place makes no sale in one of its first 2 months of membership, the Seller receives one month free, applied automatically to the next billing period. The guarantee applies once per membership.
Earlier agreement versions offered a commission plan and an earlier introductory rate; those options are retired and are not available to new sellers. You may request cancellation at any time. Stripe applies it at the end of the paid period, and intendle changes the local membership state only after Stripe confirms the cancellation.
3. Membership billing
Stripe Billing processes the monthly or yearly Marketplace membership on the intendle platform account. Returning from Stripe Checkout does not activate selling. intendle activates a paid period only after Stripe confirms the payment for the exact amount, Seller and billing period.
4. Your listings and content
You keep ownership of your work. By listing it you grant intendle a non-exclusive licence to display and promote the listing within the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, its images, description, condition, edition details and price.
5. Authenticity and responsibility
You confirm that you have the right to sell each item and that it is described truthfully. You are the seller of record for your items; the contract of sale is between you and the buyer. intendle provides the marketplace but is not a party to that sale.
6. Items you may not sell
- Counterfeit, forged or misattributed work.
- Work you do not own or are not authorised to sell.
- Anything illegal, stolen, or that infringes another person's rights.
7. Orders, delivery and buyers
You are responsible for fulfilling each order that the order page identifies as paid, packing, shipping and providing tracking where applicable, and for handling buyer questions, returns and refund requests honestly. A pending order is not proof of payment. A disputed or refunded payment freezes fulfillment until the recorded provider status permits further action. The current Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Payment and Payout Terms and checkout disclosures form part of this agreement.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, collecting and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales. intendle does not provide tax advice.
9. Verification is not a guarantee
A verification badge confirms that a seller passed the intendle verification process. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, value, investment merit or the outcome of any sale.
10. Ending selling
You can cancel selling at any time from your seller page; your verification remains. intendle may suspend or end a storefront that breaches this agreement or the Terms of Use, or where the law requires it.
11. Changes to this agreement
intendle may update this agreement. Material changes are published as a new version number and require your acceptance before you continue selling. The version you accepted, and the date, are recorded on your account.
This is the current operational Seller Agreement version recorded at acceptance. It remains subject to legal review. Any material revision is published as a new version and requires renewed acceptance before further selling.
